What data we collect, and why

This website collects personal data in exactly two situations:

  • The contact form. Name, email address and, optionally, an indicative portfolio range and a free-text message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if you pursue it, to prepare the advisory relationship you request. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Analytics, only if you accept. If, and only if, you accept the cookie banner, Google Analytics collects usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser) to help us understand traffic and improve the site. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the footer. If you decline, no analytics run at all.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build marketing profiles, and we do not sell it.

Who processes it on our behalf

We rely on a small set of service providers acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR agreements:

  • Vercel Inc. (website hosting)
  • Supabase Inc. (database and report storage)
  • Resend (delivery of contact-form emails)
  • Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics, only with your consent)

Some of these providers process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Contact enquiries: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, the relationship that follows; afterwards, only as long as legal obligations require.
  • Analytics: event-level data is retained by Google Analytics for the minimum period (two months); aggregated statistics do not identify you.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection at any time by writing to data@noaxcapital.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
