Our Strategy, Run for You
Noax Systematic L/S Equity, the strategy behind our published track record, is available through our regulated partners as a separately managed account or an advisory mandate. Its capacity is limited, so we reserve it for these mandates. We do not provide these services ourselves. The regulated firm does, under its own authorisation, and the contract and the regulated service are theirs.

The two formats and the terms
SEPARATELY MANAGED ACCOUNT
An account in your name, run under a management mandate with a regulated firm.
ADVISORY MANDATE
A regulated firm advises you, and the decisions and the execution stay in your own account, typically at Interactive Brokers.
TERMS
A 1% annual management fee, billed quarterly, plus 15% of performance above a high water mark. No lock-ups. Eligibility, minimums and the final terms are set by the regulated firm.
WHY LIMITED
The strategy's capacity is finite, so we take on a limited number of mandates. For strategies with more capacity, or built around your own universe, see our consulting services.
